You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before vehicle collection.
If you wish to modify your booking, you must send an email to rent@formotor.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of collection.
If the cancellation is made within the 48 hours prior to the day of vehicle collection, 50% of the deposit paid will be forfeited.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before vehicle collection, 100% of the deposit paid will be forfeited.
All our rates include compulsory third-party insurance (CDW) with excess.
The excess will be blocked on the credit card for hires of less than 7 days, and charged directly to the card for hires of 7 days or more, with the corresponding refund at the time of returning the vehicle, provided that it is returned in the same condition as when it was delivered.

Yes, collection takes place from our port facilities. In high season, to speed up handovers and shorten waiting times, Formotor offers a shuttle service to its vehicle compound, located 800 metres from the port.
