If you have been thinking for some time of spending a good holiday in Formentera, spring is probably one of the best times of the year for it.
The island is incredibly beautiful, there are not as many people as in mid-summer high season, the weather is perfect for going to the beach and the bravest can even have a swim and you can tour the island with our vehicles without so much traffic.

Plans to do in Formentera in the spring:

• Visit the villages
  Formentera is a tiny island but that is just what makes it so special. Don’t miss any of their villages because each one has its special charm.

• Enjoy the beaches and coves
  Spring is the perfect season for it, as there are hardly any tourists yet so you can enjoy the crystal clear waters and its white sands almost alone, you can park without problems and you will have more time to visit more than one beach a day since you will find less traffic.

• Tour the island from lighthouse to lighthouse
  Formentera is a very easy island to travel; simply by driving from one place to another you’ll be enjoying its picturesque landscapes.

• Walk by the cliffs and the countryside
  It is the season of flowers and colours, you’ll be surprised by every contrast you see with the turquoises of the sea, the blues of the sky, the greens of the fields with their multicoloured yellow, red or purple flowers, the reddish earth and the white houses. You’ll love everything you see.

• Attend an event or take part in some activity
  Activities and events are organized throughout the year in Formentera; you can check what will be happening on the dates of your visit. If you like sports, you’ll surely find a sporting event because they are widespread. But you can also find different thematic workshops or handicraft markets.

When you arrive we will provide you with a map of the island with all the places we recommend you visit: beaches, villages, lighthouses, street markets … and we will also tell you what you have closest to your accommodation.

If you’re not on holidays yet and a weekend seems too brief, you can take advantage of the May bank holiday to come and visit us. Surely few plans are better than our proposal, a few days to relax and disconnect in Formentera.
